Brendan Guilfoyle caps Old Crescent Season with Ulster Bank League Player of the year Award

Brendan Guilfoyle, the Old Crescent RFC number 8, capped a superb season by winning the Ulster Bank League Division 2C Player of the Year Award. Brendan was presented with his award by Irish coach, Joe Schmidt, at a glittering awards ceremony in the Aviva Stadium hosted by Ulster Bank last evening.
Brendan fully deserves his award, having played a key role in Old Crescent’s march to the top of Division 2C and automatic promotion to Division 2B next season. He scored nine UBL tries during the season, and his ability and experience was instrumental in guiding a relatively young Old Crescent squad to success.
