While it is currently not possible to attend or even play rugby matches, Old Crescent has decided to fill that void for our members by interviewing people connected with the Club’s past and present. Interactive discussions will be light-hearted, informative and designed to keep members engaged with the Club.

Episode 1 will be broadcast on the Club’s Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Oldcrescentrugbyfootballclub/) and Youtube Channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCayXKLn7-dFhdJMqfuylw5w) on Sunday, 6th December at 8pm. The guests for the first episode will be our Director of Rugby – Eugene McGovern, our Senior Head Coach – Matt Brown, and our Club Captain – Kevin Doyle. They will be interviewed by our Club President – Paul Donnellan.

These video podcasts will be available free of charge. Old Crescent President Paul Donnellan is delighted that the Club can give something back to our members and supporters: “At this time of year we would normally be in the thick of the rugby season, battling with our rivals across the country in the Energia AIL and local provincial competitions. In the absence of being able to do that we in Old Crescent would like to stay as connected as possible to our members who have been so supportive and generous to the Club in these challenging times. OCRUGBYTV will allow us to do that, hopefully providing some entertainment as well as rugby insights from the guests we have on each week.”
